Terms of use for a free service

Min Medborgarresa is a free, independent digital study aid for the citizenship test in civics. The service may include lessons, practice questions, explanations and features for tracking study results. The content is not official and has not been reviewed by UHR, Skolverket or Migrationsverket. The service comes with no guarantee of a passing exam result.

Some parts of the service may be generated or varied automatically. ZiZoHub works with quality control but cannot guarantee that every piece of wording is always complete or error-free. Users should check any uncertain information against Sverige i fokus and current information from UHR.

Who runs the service

Min Medborgarresa is run by ZiZoHub, Gothenburg, Sweden.

Free, no automatic payment

The service is currently free. No payment card is required and no account automatically switches to a paid service. If a paid service is introduced in the future, that will be a separate decision, and you will be clearly informed before any payment could become relevant.

Your account

An account with Min Medborgarresa is personal and must not be shared with or transferred to anyone else. Login happens with a one-time code sent to your email — no password. You are responsible for making sure the information you provide is correct and for not sharing login codes with anyone else.

Rules of use

The service may only be used for your own lawful study purposes.
Content must not be copied or distributed for commercial purposes without permission.
You must not attempt to disrupt the service's function or security.

The practice content is independent

The practice questions on Min Medborgarresa are our own, reviewed practice questions based on Sverige i fokus. They are not official exam questions and are not taken from the real exam. Using the service does not guarantee a particular exam result.

Closing your account

You can close your account at any time by contacting us using the details below. We will then delete your account information in accordance with our privacy policy.
